The Miami Hurricanes were embarrassed by the Wisconsin Badgers on Thursday night in the New Era Pinstripes Bowl, losing 35-3 in front of a national audience. The loss was so bad that the athletic director for the Hurricanes, Blake James, came out and released a statement on twitter following the loss calling the performance unacceptable, but also backing head coach Mark Richt.
Mark Rick is under contract with the Hurricanes through 2023.
