Texas A&M Offering Virginia Tech's Buzz Williams Big Money

According to a report from college basketball insider Jon Rothstein, Texas A&M is expected to offer Williams a multi-year deal with a minimum of $3.5 million per year.

Williams has ties to the Aggies program. He is a Texas native, and served as an Aggies assistant from 2004-06.

In five seasons with Virginia Tech, Williams racked up a 100-69 record. He led the team to three-straight NCAA tournament appearances including a trip to the Sweet 16 this year.
