Jason Pierre-Paul Could Optimistically return in Five to Six Months

Following an accident in with Pierre Paul's Ferrari reportedly did a 360 on I-95 on May 2nd, it has not yet been determined if he will need to have neck surgery. At this time Tampa Bay HC Bruce Arians says the best case scenario is that Jason will be able to return after five to six months.

"I think it is still ongoing, and like (GM) Jason (Licht) said, we've got our fingers crossed and praying for him," Arians said, via ESPN's Jenna Laine. "very unfortunate," Arians said. "All we can do is just pray and hope for the best and hope it's one of those five- or six-month things and go from there."

When asked about potentially having to replace Pierre-Paul, Arians said, "I don't know what the answer is yet, if he's gonna play, if he's not gonna play. Just practice with the guys you have, just like if anybody else gets hurt, on the field or off the field. You march on."
