South Florida's Kentanji Brown Jackson Sworn-In As Supreme Court Justice

Miami-Palmetto Senior alum Ketanji Brown Jackson makes history today as she's officially sworn-in as a Supreme Court justice. The 51-year-old veteran federal judge becomes the first black female to sit on the bench. Barry University's Dr. Sean Foreman says while her presence will increase the diversity on the court, it will not change the way the court operates since it's basically swapping out one liberal for another. Jackson actually clerked for Justice Breyer who formally retires today.
