The NFL has named Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa September's AFC Offensive Player of the Month.
This award has only been given to two other Miami Dolphins players including Dan Marino and quarterback Scott Mitchell.
In the month of September and after Week 3, Tagovailoa passed for 71.3% percent of completed passes and 1,024 yards. He threw eight touchdowns and two interceptions.
Other AFC September NFL Players of the Month include the Steelers defenseman TJ Watt and the Buffalo Bills placekicker Tyler Bass.
October starts this weekend when The Dolphins are on the road this Sunday for a 1p game against the Buffalo Bills.
